Adjust teeth direction for HDD pulling back-reamers

We know the roller cone bits of HDD pulling back-reamers comes from tricone bits, the tricone bits has spoon shape inserts(teeth) for drilling soft rocks, the rotating direction of tricone bits is different from with rotating direction of HDD back reamer(hole opener).
So we need to change the direction of teeth(spoon shape tungsten carbide insert) to make it working at the correct way.
This solution makes HDD back-reamers drilling faster.
